Dasar lagi apes… belum 1 minggu PC dan Notebook harus instal 3 kali. “ko bisa ya?” jawabannya ya bisa2 aja. maklum komputer dan notebook terkena virus Horoscope vcop2 (jenis Trojan). Virus ini mematikan beberapa services diantaranya:
- Service Spoolsv.exe (Printer Spooler); klo service ini mati, kita tidak akan bisa memanfaatkan fungsi dari printer, karena semua printer akan didisable sehingga tidak akan bisa digunakan. di kita akan diminta untuk “Menjalankan service printer spooler dan merestart komputer”.
- Service Loaded.exe; Semua aplikasi berextensi *.exe tidak dapat dibuka kecuali menggunakan file yang sudah pernah dibuka. misalnya ingin buka aplikasi winword.exe, kita dapat membukanya melalui file, misanya test.doc. baru kita bisa membuka aplikasinya.
pada kasus diatas, kami sudah mencoba untuk memasang antivirus, mulai dari avg, avira, pcmav yang terbaru (pcmav versi 1.9) dan itu tetepa aja ga bisa. malah antivirus ga bisa dijalankan/tidak dapat diinstal sama sekali. so… bagi temen2 yang pernah mengalami hal yang sama seperti ini.. mohon kiranya trik dan saranya untuk masalah ini, karena sampe sekarang belum ketemu juga tu solusi masalah ini.
service Printer spooler ini tergantung pada service Remote Procedure Call (RPC), sehingga coba dipastikan terlebih dahulu, apakah service ini aktif atau tidak aktif.
